I remember when Benny Andersson started to play the intro to this song on the piano, people just started screaming and we all got goosebumps because it was so powerful. ABBA are of course so well loved in Sweden, and we thought that “SOS” was a good fit for the theme of the No More Lullabies concert, which was to sort of sound the alarm for the climate emergency that we see more clearly unfolding now.
In 2009, people thought you were kind of a party pooper if you started to talk about the climate. People didn’t really want to face up to that, but now we are being forced to. So we were kind of early, but it was an amazing concert and a big honour to play with Benny and all the other artists who participated.

I love to listen to this during work, it fills me with calmness and I can almost smell the scents of the forest.
Beautiful & serene from start to finish. SilverFolfy
